The guesthouse is very close (less than 1 minute on foot) from a bus stop that brings you directly to Venice in 20 minutes, so that is great. Just opposite from the building, there is a "tobacco shop" selling bus tickets, so that is very comfortable too. I was staying in a private room with shared bathroom, in one of the apartments. The room was bigger than expected and it had a nice window that made it pretty light, a quite comfortable single bed and a nice desk (that was perfect, because I was coming for my exams and I needed a place where I could revise). The shared bathroom was also quite comfortable, and it had toothpaste, shampoo and soap that everyone could use. In the apartment there were also a fridge and a microwave oven, which came in handy when I needed to store my food. The staff was nice and communication, both online and in person, was very easy.

The rooms were very clean, as were the common areas, the kitchen and the bathroom. helpful staff who accommodated the check-in time. Big room.

The room and bathroom were clean. The host always answered me. It's located near the bus stop to go to Venice. I had good neighbours. Good choice.

it’s good location to get bus and tram to Venice All the basic amenities in the apartment is in working conditions Bedroom is spacious and have big windows for ventilation

we could check-in earlier, the room was big and had a lot of places to put your own luggage, located very close to tram and bus stop, host gave us tip of buying tickets in the tobacco shop, not in the bus, located short ride from the Venice and from the train station
